Construction Worker
I interviewed my dad yesterday. He told me he knew he wanted to be a construction worker when he was in high school, so he knew for a long time. He moved up in the buisness by experience, so he just helped other people and worked for other people, until he got his own buisness. I thought it was cool how my dad knew he wanted to be in life when he was so young.

That's great, Samantha. You may want to ask him how he knew that construction work would be a good fit for him. (Did he take a personality test? :) ) Maybe he built a treehouse and realized that, hey, he was pretty good at this and liked it, too.
It's unusual for someone to know what they have wanted to do since high school. Maybe you'll follow in his footsteps, and you will eventually follow your current dream of becoming an event planner!
