My I-Search introduction

The thought of becoming a wedding planner never crossed my mind till

recently. Would I be cut out to be a wedding planner? Well, I'm organized

and love planning. When I was a little girl I would sit down, plan out my

day, and make a list. There is a lot to organize in a wedding. A year ago my sister got married

and she didn’t have a wedding planner so me and my mom helped her

out a lot, I got a little taste of what it takes. I love weddings! I also love everything that comes

with weddings the food and dancing. I am mostly interested in

learning how to get started in the business, if I’m going to be wedding

planner. What classes do I take in this business? Where did

they go to college? How is this business work with having a family? I

don’t know to much about this so I am excited to learn as much as I

can about becoming a wedding planner.

Yes, I am glad to see that you narrowed down your focus from "event organizer" to "wedding planner." Weddings are one of my favorite things to be involved in, too. My husband and I love the dancing and food and CAKE at weddings. :) Yum. I wish I knew someone who was getting married soon!

P.S.--I like your story from your childhood of you sitting down and making out lists. I can picture that well; it's a nice visual touch.
